These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bet9 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering at bet9 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything on this page.
bet9 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be requested at any point.
All deposits, bets and withdrawals at bet9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees with no hidden conversion fees.
Each player is permitted one bet9 account. Multiple accounts lead to suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Welcome to bet9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bet9 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bet9 website and all gaming, betting and ancillary services offered through it.
bet9 is Pakistan's dedicated online gaming platform, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting including PSL and esports markets, and related entertainment products. Everything on bet9 is priced, transacted and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not use foreign currencies and we do not apply conversion charges.
By creating an account at bet9 — whether through the web platform or any application we make available — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the bet9 platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the bet9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bet9.
To open an account and use any product or service offered by bet9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
bet9 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by bet9 may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.
To register at bet9, you are required to provide your Pakistani mobile number, a secure password and other information as requested during the registration process. You agree that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each player is strictly limited to one bet9 account. Creating additional accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity or on behalf of another person — is prohibited. bet9 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, bet9 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void bets and transactions placed from duplicate accounts, with any resulting balance being forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet9 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bet9 customer support immediately at support@bet9-bangla.com. bet9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
bet9 may require you to verify your identity, mobile number or payment methods at any point during your use of the platform. Verification requests must be responded to within the timeframe specified. bet9 does not impose verification requirements arbitrarily — they are applied in accordance with our internal compliance standards to protect both the platform and our player community.
bet9 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. All of these methods are processed in Pakistani Rupees. bet9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not convert deposits from foreign currency sources.
The minimum deposit amount at bet9 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit under normal account conditions, although specific promotions or elevated deposit activities may trigger enhanced review under our compliance procedures.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your bet9 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. IBFT transfers may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the sending institution. bet9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Funds deposited into your bet9 account remain your property at all times unless they are staked on a bet and that bet is settled as a loss. bet9 does not use player funds for operational purposes and maintains segregated balances to ensure player funds are protected.
bet9 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments or transfers from accounts not registered in your name. Attempting to deposit via third-party accounts may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed for compliance.
Withdrawals at bet9 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers arrive within 1 to 4 hours under normal processing conditions. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card issuer.
The minimum withdrawal amount at bet9 is Rs 500. There is no bet9-imposed fee on withdrawals, although your mobile wallet or bank may charge its own transaction fee for receiving transfers.
bet9 may request identity or payment verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard compliance requirement and applies to all players without prejudice. Providing the requested documents promptly allows bet9 to complete your withdrawal without unnecessary delay. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held pending resolution.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the promotion under which the bonus was awarded. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.
When you place a bet at bet9, you are submitting an offer to wager at the stated odds. A bet is confirmed and binding only once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from bet9. Unconfirmed bets — whether due to connectivity issues, system errors or odds changes during submission — are not treated as placed bets and no liability arises on either side.
All pre-match and live in-play odds on bet9 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. For live betting markets, odds may fluctuate significantly between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed. Where odds change materially during processing, bet9 may offer the revised odds or return your stake at our discretion.
If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed such that no official result is produced within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' bet9 accounts. For events where a partial result is available — such as a Duckworth-Lewis result in cricket — bets will be settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
bet9 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a pricing error resulted in odds materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time. Such voids will be applied with the stake returned to the player. bet9 does not void winning bets on the basis of odds being marginally more generous than average market levels.
bet9 applies maximum payout limits on individual bet settlements. The current maximum single payout is Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore). For accumulator bets, maximum payouts may be lower depending on the number of selections. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing your wager.
bet9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, time limits and maximum bonus amounts. Where this document and a specific promotion's terms conflict, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
bet9 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine exposure; coordinating with other players to claim bonuses in an organised manner; or any other behaviour bet9 determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with them genuinely.
Where bonus abuse is identified, bet9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from that bonus and, in serious or repeat cases, close the player's account.
Some promotions at bet9 are available only to new players, only to players who have not previously claimed a specific offer or only to players whose accounts are in good standing. Eligibility criteria are specified within each promotion. bet9 will not retroactively apply a promotion to a deposit or wager placed before the promotion was claimed through the correct channel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet9 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
Any balance associated with an account closed for prohibited conduct will not be returned. bet9 reserves the right to report instances of fraud, money laundering or match fixing to relevant Pakistani authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

Available tools include: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; a cooling-off period option ranging from 24 hours to several weeks; and permanent self-exclusion for players who need to step away from gaming entirely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the bet9 platform without prior written authorisation. The bet9 brand name and logo are registered marks. Unauthorised use of bet9's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable law.
bet9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Technical failures, maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.
bet9's liability to you under these Terms is limited to: returning the stake for any bet voided due to a technical error on our side; and correcting any demonstrable error in the settlement of a bet where the correct outcome can be verified. bet9 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on information provided by bet9's statistics or data services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
bet9 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at bet9, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected at registration, data generated through your use of the platform and data provided during verification or support interactions.
bet9 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies only where necessary for the operation of the platform or where required by law. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@bet9-bangla.com.
bet9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet9 will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notice is given for existing players, and immediately for new registrations after the update date.
If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bet9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. bet9 encourages all players to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
